Hi, my name is Toby! I am a very happy-go-lucky sort of guy! I immediately like people when I meet them and I like other dogs too. I am pretty close to being housebroken, but may mark some in the home, especially if there is another male living with me. I am very good about letting adult humans take away food, toys, etc., but tend to guard a bit around other dogs and small children. I am a little older, but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying playtime and walks whenever I get the chance. I am also happy being a couch potato snuggled up with my favorite human. Please stop by for a visit and my foster parents will tell you all about my other wonderful qualities!! Don’t wait too long because I’m a real charmer and probably won’t last long! Come meet me today at Animal Friends!
Aren’t I one of the prettiest cats you’ve ever seen? Teddi is the name, finding a forever home is my game!
In my last home, I lived with other cats and dogs, and I got along well with all of them. Now that my former family has had to move, I am waiting patiently at Animal Friends for a new forever home. I’m sure that the perfect home is out there for me!
I’m pretty shy and need some time to get used to my surroundings. Don’t worry, with some time and patience, it will be as if we’ve been friends forever. I’m not one of those cats who want to be picked up and carried around all day – when I want attention, I’ll be sure to let you know.
So what do you say? Could you be my new forever family? Let’s meet at Animal Friends Today and find out!
Quiet and mellow describes Luna, a darling three year old, brown tabby with accenting white fur. Although she can be a bit shy, Luna still loves to play with toys of all kinds, and will eagerly await the chance to pounce upon a bouncing ball. Luna enjoys being petted and groomed, yet at times, can be a squirmy little feline when you pick her up and hold her. She just needs the special love and affection from that perfect person to
assure Luna that you can be trusted.
Luna would prefer to be a “one-cat” family, Luna being the one cat of course, so that she can give you all the love that she has stored up just for you. Spend some time with this adorable little cat and show her that the two of you can be the best of friends. Stop by Animal Friends to meet her today!
Hawn originally lost her home when her owner had to move into a small apartment, and now she can’t wait to have a home of her very own again.
Hawn is a great girl who already knows how to shake, sit, and lay down. She loves car rides and is good during baths. She is crate trained. She is almost housebroken and should learn her potty break manners quickly once on a consistent schedule.
Hawn has on occasion shared her home with small dogs, but is picky about her friends.
Because this wonderful girl is fearful of men, she will do best with an experienced dog owner. She is unsure when meeting strange people and dogs outside of her home. Her new owner would need to have the love and patience to help her overcome her insecurities by providing her with consistent structure, training, and adequate exercise. If you think you are the special kind of person for a beautiful girl like Hawn, please come meet her. She will return your kindness with years of love and friendship. Stop by Animal Friends and meet her!
Howdy, I’m Levi Too! Let’s start by saying this: I’ve heard all the weight jokes. Yes, I need to lose a few pounds. Well, more like a few dozen pounds. You may wonder how I ended up in this situation, and lemme tell you, it’s no fun. I was brought to Animal Friends after my old owners let me get into this condition. It’s really not my fault! If people keep putting food in front of me and don’t exercise me, let alone take me to the vet, how am I supposed to keep my weight down? It got so bad that I couldn’t even move on my own. You should have seen me when I first got here! The volunteers would put me in a wagon or a sling to take me for a walk. But even then I loved getting outside – my tail would thump away as I smelled the grass and looked up at the volunteers who took care of me. My diet is progressing well now – I’ve already lost a lot of weight but I’m hoping to lose more. I’m actually a very sweet dog. I love people and crave their attention. I know that I can be a handful with my condition. I’m really progressing and loosing weight already. I can’t wait until I can start to take walks again and get back in shape. But for now I’d love to be a member of your household and relax at your feet. Do you have room for a big, round snugglebug at your house? Come meet me today at Animal Friends!
Brosco cutely tilts his head to the side with noticeable curiosity as if to say, “Ok, I am eager to learn and please. I am just waiting for the right human who is willing to teach me something new!” Brosco already knows how to shake your hand and sit. One of his favorite treats is a pig ear.
Brosco is easy to handle and will seek out as much love as you dish out. Brosco is young and still has a bit of that carefree puppy fervor to him and could unintentionally knock small children over, so he would be best suited for a home with children who are a little older.
If you are as eager to learn as Brosco, you may enjoy taking one of the classes with him at the Animal Friend’s University. It would be a great bonding experience and help Brosco become an awesome member of your family. If you’re a looking for that perfect dog to grow and learn with, Brosco is eagerly waiting to meet you. Stop by Animal Friends and meet him Today!

Hello! I am one of the cats known around Animal Friends as the “M” cats. I am one of 59 cats who Animal Friends’ Humane Officers rescued from a situation of neglect. Upon arrival I received medical care and now I am healthy and ready for adoption. I’ve had a rough start to life and although I may seem timid, I crave human attention and I also enjoy the company of most other cats. With some patience and a lot of TLC, I know that I will bloom in to a sweet loving companion. I would love to meet with you if you think you can give me the second chance at life that I have been dreaming of! Come meet me today at Animal Friends!
Sent in by Gerald Hachey a pic of his Cruisin’ Companion Nina. She is 17 years old and has been by his side always. He says she is the best ever and yeah he may be biased, but he’s not wrong either!
