STACIE
I am a spayed orange tabby, and rather good looking if I do say so myself. Perhaps that sounds a bit arrogant, but I figure there’s nothing wrong with having pride in one’s appearance. Besides, I have a marvelous ringed tail! At a year and a half I am mature enough to know the rules, but there is still a lot of kitten in me.
My buddy Merry and I were brought to Animal Friends because we were being neglected in our former home. I am certainly looking forward to getting lots of attention in my new home.
I really like to play! I am perfectly capable of amusing myself, but I love to have my person(s) interact with me using a cat toy. I love pouncing on a toy mouse (hopefully my new home won’t have any live ones) or running into an empty paper bag and pretending it is my lair in the wilderness! Come visit me at Animal Friends!
PHIL
Phil is a friendly and sociable cat who is described by his former owner as being very affectionate. He shared his former home with children and got along with them very well.
Phil is a very handsome longhaired cat. To keep his coat looking great, he will need regular brushing to allow him to look his best. He loves being brushed and would appreciate finding an owner who will admire his appearance.
Animal Friend’s medical staff found that Phil is FIV-positive and will need to be adopted into a home where he can be the only cat, but please don’t let this stop you from talking to an adoption counselor to find out if Phil could be the cat for you. Come on over to Animal Friends and meet this cute guy!
Know Your Limits.. Speeding Gets You Nowhere Fast.
Know Your Limits.. Speeding Gets You Nowhere Fast.
This is am important, critical reminder in honor of a talented young man by the name of Austin Guerra. At about 8:30 pm on August 8th 2010 Austin Guerra was involved in a car accident. He suffered two broken femurs and major head trauma. To those who know him, he is like family, and to those who don’t, he is a one of a kind person.
Austin’s family and friends have been so supportive of Austin, who is still in the hospital today receiving treatment for his life threatening injuries. That amazing group of people gathered together to find something positive out of all of this, a message that can so easily be ignored. SPEEDING…….
These young kids worked together to pull off a vigil car cruise for Austin and at the same time carry that important message. So Please take a look at the video, see how many lives Austin has touched and remember, Know Your Limits.. Speeding Gets You Nowhere Fast. As we are all enthusiasts of the toys in our Garage, weather it be go-karts, cars, motorcycles or ATV’s, remember to think twice before acting reckless.
A special note to Austin; You are a very loved young man, you have so many friends and family praying for you, stay strong and all of us here at Garage-Girls will continue to keep you and your family in our prayers!
