Everyone has their own personal favorite style of boot. Some like a boot that laces up, others prefer one that slips on. Some like a flat heel, others prefer having a higher heel. Some prefer a rugged boot to handle the rough riding, others prefer a boot that has more styling so they can complete the outfit at the destination of the ride. All reasons are personal and totally legit. We set out to try to find a boot that could perhaps have the best of all of these specifications.
We landed on the Galinda Boot by Harley-Davidson Footwear. This boot perfectly combines looks with durability. It has a full grain leather upper and a full length cushion sock lining, making it pretty darn comfy! It sits perfect on a 3” heel height and the upper part is 12”, which fits nicely over skinny jeans or a pair of riding leggings.
(Stay tuned for a review on these Go-Go Gear LA riding leggings in the shot).
As all of the Harley-Davidson Footwear boots this pair has a Goodyear welt construction. Giving you solid footing. Sara wore these up in Laconia and tested them on the Kancamagus highway and got some off-road hiking along the Saco river in. “They were fine to stomp around the hillside, rocks, and water. They held up just great, and were comfy, a necessity for me these days.”
Be sure to check these out as an option if you are looking for a new boot to ride with this season. If you enter our Ultimate Biker Makeover contest, you could have a shot at winning a pair!
